The mission of All Care WV is to help your loved one continue living independently at home in Braxton County, while also maintaining their quality of life. Our warm and caring caregivers provide non-medical services such as assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, moving around, using the toilet, eating, walking, light housekeeping, or providing companionship to older adults and disabled loved ones. Whether you need part-time, full-time, daytime, or nighttime assistance in Flatwoods, Sutton or Gassaway, our team of dedicated caregivers will be more than happy to oblige.
Our caregivers can also help you arrange other types of home care you may need, including Private Nursing Service. Your nurse can make assessments, administer medications, and provide specific nursing care, wound dressings, and full nursing in home care. This option can be fully customized to your unique situation and needs.
At All Care WV, our case management services may include as few or as much support as required. From assisting with maintaining independence to comprehensive access to multiple medical, personal care, and social support services, each case management care plan is tailored to best meet your unique needs.
Your Case Manager is one of your best advocates for helping you remain as healthy as possible in the independence of your own Braxton County home. To ensure that nothing is missed or overlooked, you will be represented by two independent agencies. If your case manager is from All Care WV, your personal attendant will be provided by another agency, or vice versa.
