We provide a range of in-home care options for seniors and adults with disabilities. We know that everyone’s needs are different, and our care plans are specifically tailored to each individual. Relieve Some of Your Stress

We work with you and your family every step of the way. From getting the doctor’s approval, and working with the state, to all the necessary paperwork, you don’t have to feel alone, desperate or confused, simply call and we will be there for you, ensuring you understand everything fully.

We can help you if your loved one lives locally, but your family does not. We can work remotely with the family to help local Central and North Central West Virginia seniors get the care they need. Our professional team can act on your behalf, eliminating the need for you to be there in-person to get things moving. Our services are available to aging seniors and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18, in stages of needed care.

All Care WV LLC participates in the Medicaid Aged and Disabled Waiver (ADW) Program, designed to provide a wide range of in-home personal care services for seniors, as individuals with disabilities, who are financially and medically eligible. We also partner with Modivcare to offer transportation to appointments and medical procedures, or for trips to the grocery store, pharmacy, essential errands, community events, etc.

Our primary goal at All Care WV is to make senior care comfortable and enjoyable for individuals who want to age in place through home care services that are easy and stress-free for families. We will personalize a comprehensive plan for your loved one’s unique needs and living conditions. As needs change, our caring and compassionate team will ensure that your loved one continues to receive the care they need and deserve. All our services are designed to make living at home easier for seniors, allowing them to remain safely and comfortably in the place they feel most comfortable, and may include:

Bathing, grooming and personal hygiene.
Reminders for grooming and other activities of daily living
Mobility assistance.
Assistance with position changes, transfers, or getting in and out of bed.
Incontinence care, toileting needs, and safety in the bathroom.
Assistance with preparing meals, and support for special diets.

Eating and feeding assistance.
Medication reminders and management.
Support for physician-prescribed nutrition and exercise programs.
Fall risk assessment and assistance with fall prevention.
Light housekeeping.
Transportation to appointments and events.
Grocery shopping and errands.

At All Care WV, we offer customized services that can be scheduled as needed, as part of a weekly routine, or to allow family caregivers a well-deserved break. Depending on your needs, our specially trained caregivers can provide services for just a few hours a week, provide full-time care, or temporary respite care. This offers you and your family peace of mind knowing that your loved one is receiving the care they need. If you need someone to stop by in the morning to start the day and then return to help with a bedtime routine, we can do that. If you need support with specific tasks, but prefer to do other things independently, we can cater to your needs. If you have family members that can help in the morning and evening, but you work during the day and need support during the hours you are at work, or if you work nights and need someone to help at night, or a just mid-day check in, we can accommodate that too. customized for the patient and their family.
